Mike and Christy, married for almost twenty years, have spent their life’s work serving others; Christy as an educator and Mike in the restaurant business. Together they have dreamed of owning their own business where they can use their experiences combined with their desire to continue to serve others. Daisy Joy’s Catering was the start of this dream. Daisy Joy's mission was to serve simple lunches to meet the need of workers on the go.  Post Covid, the business world looks a lot different and Christy and Mike have transitioned their business from a small catering company to a retail boutique offering both mainstream and homemade items aligned to their slogan, Be Joyful.
